In the early days of the War on Terror, military members and their families committed themselves
selflessly to do what they are trained to do – that is, protect America and its allies. Whatever your
feelings are regarding the War itself, most Americans can agree on a simple premise – that is,
that anything that can reduce or remove the particular and unique stresses faced by those
fighting and the loved ones who support them back home, is a good thing.
Presence was hired to deliver strategic marketing communications strategy, public affairs
support and drive usage of this critical and compassionate new support program that offered
24/7 assistance to the military and their families.
