Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses, a state of the art Equestrian Center, Spa & Tennis Center
and a beautiful Hacienda Clubhouse — the roughly 1700 homesite development is roughly one-
half completed. And those who love Santa Fe and desire a luxury amenity, gated community,

Presence was hired as the fully outsourced marketing firm to create, manage and execute the
annual marketing plan. Each year, sales and prospect traffic have improved, the Las Campanas
brand is firmly established, marketing channels strong and the home builders are satisfied. We
continue in this role.
